This is steady, hands-on work in a truefood production environment— operating equipment, packaging product, and helping maintain a smooth, efficient process that supports syrup producers across Vermont, Maine, New York, and Canada.What You’ll Be DoingOperate, clean, and maintain food production or packaging equipment Perform repetitive production tasks with consistency and attention to detail Track production using basic computer/data entry skills Identify and report inconsistencies in materials, product flow, or equipment Support barrel-washing and syrup handling operations Collaborate with your team to keep lines running safely and smoothly Cross-train to grow your skills and work in different areas of the facility We support cross-training so team members can grow their skills and work in areas where they thrive. Some days are the same—but the work always matters. And yes, if you ever dreamed of tasting maple syrup all day, we’ve even had roles like that!Requirements:Who We’re Looking For Reliable, punctual, and ready to contribute every day Prior experience in manufacturing, production, food processing, or packaging is a plus Comfortable working with machinery and following safety/quality procedures Attention to detail and willingness to improve processes Able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand/walk for 10-hour shifts Team-oriented and willing to cross-trainSchedule Schedule and Flexibility First Shift : Monday – Thursday, 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM Enjoy early afternoons and three-day weekends (Friday–Sunday) Second Shift : Monday – Thursday, 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM Not currently hiring for second shift, but let us know if you're interested for future openings)·Additional Notes: Depending on your role,occasional overtime or early arrivals may be required . We do our best tooffer overtime on a voluntary basis , but there may be times whenmandatory overtimeis necessary—particularly on Fridays.
