A successful candidate will be experienced in inspection procedures in an industrial setting and will demonstrate an understanding of quality control procedures and key elements of the inspection process and documentation thereof.The core responsibility of the QCI is to inspect and report non-conformances in accordance with drawings, inspection checklists or other specifications identified in the quality assurance plan. Issue reports and document resolution of non-conforming conditionsExecute and document specific test plansMaintain quality control records, documents, and logsPerform incoming material inspections and vendor inspections when requiredPerform first article, visual and dimensional checks at all stages of productionFamiliarity with AWS D1.1/AWS D1.2 weld inspection is a plusFluency in English with excellent written and oral skillsProficiency in standard Office computer applications1+ years' experience in quality control~ Minimum high school diploma or vocational degree~ Be able to lift, pull and push material and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
