ResponsibilitiesJoin the leading beverage provider, Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling!Shift: Full Time, 1st ShiftBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K Match, PTO, Education ReimbursementSalary: $98,496 - $123,120 plus annual target bonusIf you enjoy our products, you'll really enjoy being a part of our team!Position Responsibilities:* Develops and implements continuous improvement initiatives within their local manufacturing plant to drive improved operational performance and develop Operations Excellence tools and platforms to drive transformation across the plant* Create detailed data analytics utilizing process information and financial reports to assess manufacturing activities and identify improvement opportunities* Provide expertise, leadership, and training on TPM, Lean, Six Sigma, and other structured continuous improvement techniques to all employees within the plant* Utilize a hands-on approach in working with the front-line team members to promote and deploy sustainable continuous improvement activities* Provide project management leadership to implement pilots and the ongoing rollout of new continuous improvement plans* Collaborate with and influence all functional areas to ensure the continuous improvement strategy is understood and is sufficiently supported by the appropriate stakeholders* This position may require travel up to 20% of the time* Other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired Education and Experience:* Bachelor's Degree with 6 plus years of related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 9 plus years of specific experiencePreferred Education and Experience:* Master's DegreeEssential Information for Our EmployeesAt the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees, and our compensation philosophy embraces diverse factors for fair pay decisions, valuing skills, experience, and the needs of our business.
