The Artist Assistant will support the lead artists during painting sessions, assist with setup and cleanup of art materials, and provide guidance to participants. They will ensure a welcoming and enjoyable environment, help with creative projects, and contribute to the overall success of events hosted at the studio. Administrative tasks, such as organizing supplies and ensuring the studio is organized and clean, may also be required. Dependable transportation is also required to travel to event sites. QualificationsStrong skills in Drawing and Art to provide hands-on assistance to participants and artistsExcellent Communication skills to facilitate interactions with participants and team members effectivelyPassion for art and creativity, with the ability to inspire and motivate othersOrganizational skills for managing art materials and maintaining a tidy workspacePrevious experience in art-related settings or assisting in workshops is a plusFlexibility and enthusiasm for contributing to a dynamic, collaborative environment
