In this entry-level Structural Engineer role, you build foundational engineering knowledge while applying standard methods on related tasks. You work under guidance, growing technical capability and professional judgment. As part of an employee-owned, mission-driven firm, you contribute to meaningful projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project understanding and QA/QC processes. This is a platform to develop toward Professional Engineer licensure within a collaborative culture.
