Obstetrics & Gynecology Physician

Mountainside Medical Center, part of the Hackensack Meridian Health and Ardent Health Services network, is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN Physician to join our well-established and collaborative group in Montclair, New Jersey. Position Overview: Practice Setting: Employed, joining an established group of physicians Facilities & Maternity Care Services: Laborist Model with 12- or 24-hour shifts available Collaborative work environment with in-house OB/GYNs, anesthesiologists, neonatologists, and nursing staff Responsibilities include labor management, triage, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and emergency OB care No office hours or outpatient responsibilities 6 Labor & Delivery rooms 2 dedicated OB operating rooms 14 postpartum rooms Level II Special Care Nursery 24/7 Neonatology support Certified lactation consultants Warm water immersion option for labor 1200 + deliveries annually Equipped with Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical System Electronic Medical Records: EPIC EMR Equipped with 2 Da Vinci Xi Robotic Surgical Systems Teaching: Opportunities available with Family Medicine residents Qualifications: MD or DO from an accredited institution Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology Eligible for New Jersey medical licensure, including CDS and DEA Strong clinical and surgical skills Experience with robotic and minimally invasive procedures preferred Both new graduates and experienced physicians are welcome to apply Starting salary at $175/hr Compensation & Benefits: Mountainside Medical Center is committed to supporting its providers with a competitive and comprehensive benefits package, which may include: Base salary Paid malpractice insurance Marketing + practice growth assistance Learn more about Benefits offered by copying and pasting this link in your browser: About the Hospital: Hackensack Meridian Mountainside Medical Center is proud to continue to provide world-class health care in a community setting.
