The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical background and be proficient in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all equipment and facilities operate smoothly. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency. Duties Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment, including troubleshooting and repairs. Conduct welding tasks as needed for repairs and modifications. Apply electrical experience to diagnose and resolve electrical issues within the facility. Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. Execute facilities maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, and general repairs when needed. Provide leadership and supervision to junior maintenance staff, fostering a collaborative work environment. Deliver excellent customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from other departments. Experience Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles, preferably in manufacturing settings. Experience in diesel mechanics or heavy equipment a plus. Previous experience in supervising teams or leading projects is a plus. Strong communication skills in English to interact effectively with team members and management.
