Job Title: GenAI / Agentic AI EngineerLocation: Jersey City, NJ 07310 (5 days onsite role)Duration: 12 months with possible extension or conversion1st Preference: Local W2 folks only2nd preference: Can consider W2 relocation folks (Case to Case) Role SummaryWe are seeking a GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer with over 7+ years of experience to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs). This role is hands-on and focused on building intelligent agents, RAG-based applications, and integrating GenAI capabilities into enterprise systems.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and enhance Agentic AI solutions using LLMsImplement prompt engineering, embeddings, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelinesIntegrate GenAI models with applications, services, and APIsBuild and maintain AI workflows using Python and GenAI frameworksOptimize models for performance, accuracy, and scalabilitySupport testing, deployment, and ongoing improvements of GenAI solutionsWork closely with engineers, data scientists, and business teamsRequired Skills & ExperienceStrong hands-on experience with PythonExperience working with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, etc.)Hands-on experience with GenAI / Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, or similarUnderstanding of vector databases, embeddings, and semantic searchExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)Good problem-solving and communication skillsNice To HaveExperience building production GenAI applicationsFamiliarity with LLMOps / MLOpsExposure to AI security, governance, or responsible AI practices
