The Change Program Manager is a senior-level contributor responsible for leading and coordinating engineering and process changes across multiple projects. This role supports Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain within a Class III Medical Device manufacturing environment to ensure successful implementation and alignment with business and regulatory requirements. The Engineering Program Manager provides technical guidance, applies strong analytical judgment, and resolves complex issues in a regulated environment Key Responsibilities Assist in management of multiple engineering projects. Prioritize tasks and assign team members to ensure that the team's overall resources are used effectively and that project deadlines are met. Evaluate and authorize changes that significantly impact the scope, budget, or timeline of a project. Lead engineering projects; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; identify and resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Manage ongoing relationships with external contractors so that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred. Minimum 6 years of engineering, manufacturing, or project management experience. Experience managing multiple concurrent engineering projects in a regulated manufacturing environment, preferred. Medical device industry experience, preferably within a Class III manufacturing environment, preferred. Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
