About the OpportunityOur client, a national law firm, is seeking an Attorney to join its Spartanburg office. This is an opportunity to work within a well-established practice in the Upstate SC area. This role offers hands-on litigation experience in a collaborative, high-performance legal environment. You will be involved in all phases of litigation while developing subject matter expertise, working alongside experienced attorneys with strong national platform support.What You’ll DoManage litigation matters from initial case assessment through resolutionDraft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents with a high degree of precision and clarityConduct legal research and analysis related to labor and employment law issuesParticipate in discovery processes including depositions, written discovery, and document reviewRepresent clients in court appearances, hearings, and other legal proceedingsCollaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategy and litigation approachProvide practical, business-oriented legal advice to employer clientsMaintain strong client relationships through clear communication and responsivenessWhat We’re Looking For3+ years of litigation experienceAdmission to the South Carolina Bar and North Carolina Bar requiredStrong academic credentials from an accredited law schoolExcellent legal writing, analytical, and research skillsEffective oral communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple matters and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and case management capabilities
