This position offersautonomy, a steady caseload, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive firmenvironment.Key Responsibilities Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake to resolution. Conduct client consultations and provide strategic legal advice. Draft and review pleadings, motions, settlement agreements, and related filings. Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and negotiations. Stay current on state and local family law regulations and case law. Collaborate with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient casemanagement. Maintain accurate timekeeping and billing records. Build strong relationships with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.Qualifications Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school. Licensed and in good standing with the Texas State Bar. Family Law Experience strongly preferred Confident in courtroom advocacy and client representation. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to client service. Ability to manage deadlines and balance multiple priorities.Our Ideal Team MemberYou are a proactive and compassionate attorney who thrives in a collaborativeenvironment.
