Family Medicine opportunity is available with an FQHC in Cleveland, Georgia, with 20+ physicians and several advanced practice providers.About the Opportunity Group has 400+ employees with 25 sites. Many sites qualify for Federal/State Loan Repayment. Group has a need at its Cleveland, GA location. Work in the office with 3 advanced practice providers. Monday - Friday, strictly outpatient practice. 35 patient contact hours- 4-day workweek possible. Work one late evening per week. See around 20 patients per day. The Financial Package Compensation in the $285K to $300K range + very comprehensive benefits. Plus $15K per APP you supervise. The bonus structure is based on several factors, including productivity and patient satisfaction.
