*Schedule:* 5×8-hour Day Shifts
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced *Sterile Processing Technician Supervisor* to join the team in Wolfeboro, NH. This position is ideal for a certified Sterile Processing professional with strong leadership skills and experience overseeing sterile processing operations.
Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily Sterile Processing Department (SPD) operations.
* Ensure instruments and surgical equipment are properly cleaned, disinfected, sterilized, assembled, and distributed.
* Maintain compliance with hospital policies, infection prevention standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
* Support and guide SPD staff to ensure efficient workflow and quality patient care.
* Monitor sterilization processes and maintain accurate documentation.
* Assist with staff scheduling, workflow coordination, and departmental needs.
* Provide support for weekend call coverage when needed.
Requirements
* *Sterile Processing certification is required.*
* Previous experience in Sterile Processing.
* *Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.*
* Strong knowledge of sterile processing procedures, infection prevention, and sterilization techniques.
* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment.
Pay: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
