If you enjoy hands‐on patient care, advanced technology, and working as part of an interdisciplinary team, this role offers meaningful impact every shift.Schedule7a/7p | 12‐Hour ShiftsPer Diem AssignmentWhat You'll DoProvide respiratory care to patients across a variety of acuity levels in an acute care settingAssess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary conditionsAdminister oxygen therapy, aerosolized medications, and other respiratory treatmentsManage and monitor ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, and other life‐support equipmentPerform arterial blood gas (ABG) collection and analysis as requiredRespond to respiratory emergencies, rapid responses, and code situationsEducate patients and families on respiratory conditions, treatments, and equipment useCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary care teamsDocument assessments, treatments, and patient responses accurately in the medical recordWhat We're Looking ForActive Respiratory Therapist license in the state of practiceMinimum of 1 year of recent acute care (hospital) Respiratory Therapy experience requiredCRT or RRT credential requiredBLS required (ACLS preferred depending on assignment)Strong assessment, critical‐thinking, and clinical decision‐making skillsExperience with ventilator management and high‐acuity patient populationsAbility to remain calm and effective in emergency situationsStrong communication skills and a collaborative, team‐oriented approachWhy You'll Love This OpportunityYou'll work with advanced respiratory technology, support patients through critical moments, and collaborate with highly skilled care teams—while enjoying the consistency of full-time scheduling.
