This includes painting, drywall repair, wallpaper/vinyl work, furniture touch-ups, and general preventative maintenance across guest rooms and public areas. The role supports the Engineering team and helps ensure the property stays clean, safe, and well-maintained.Requirements6+ months maintenance experience (2+ years preferred)Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance systemsSkilled with hand and power toolsAbility to paint, patch drywall, and perform cosmetic repairsStrong attention to detail and troubleshooting skillsAbility to lift up to 35 lbs and perform physical work (standing, climbing ladders, bending)Must be comfortable working in varied indoor/outdoor conditionsWho We AreTides Folly Beach is a beachfront hotel driven and defined by a singular passion: community.
