RN Cardiac Care - Kansas City, MO (SIGN-ON BONUS UP TO $30k) Job Type: Full timeShift: 12*3 (Days, Nights)Unit: Cardiac Telemetry UnitAbout this unit:• Advancement in the knowledge of caring for critically ill patients• Team-oriented and fast-paced environment serving a diverse patient population• Problem-solving team - accepts the challenges and finds solutions.Responsibilities:• Under the general direction of the Director, Manager or Nurse Manager, Registered Nurse (RN) coordinates and provides patient care and assumes individual responsibility and accountability for the provision of nursing care.• Registered Nurse (RN) provides nursing care in accordance with hospital policies and procedures, applicable state Nursing Practice Acts, ANA Standards of Practice and the generic and unit structure standardsQualifications:• Graduation from an accredited School of Nursing• Current state of Missouri RN licensure required.• Looking for candidates that have 1 year of acute care Cardiac Care RN experience or something similar.• BLS certification required at hire and maintained.• ACLS required within 6 months.• Previous clinical experience preferred, but not required.Benefits:• Shift differentials• Sign-on bonus• Relocation bonus• All standard benefits.
