QA Engineer

Quality EngineerOverviewA growing technology organization is seeking a QA Engineer to build and maintain automated testing frameworks and ensure the quality of its software applications.This role focuses on developing automation strategies and improving testing processes across web, mobile, and desktop applications in a fast-paced development environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and execute automated and manual test casesBuild and maintain automated test scriptsPerform regression testing to ensure application stabilityIdentify, document, and track defectsCollaborate with development and product teams to improve testing strategyIntegrate testing processes into CI/CD workflowsContinuously improve QA methodologies and processesRequired Qualifications2–4 years of experience in software QA or testingExperience with automation tools such as Selenium or AppiumExperience with scripting languages (e.g., Python)Strong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience with CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with API testingExperience with test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail)Understanding of SDLC and QA best practicesCompensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $90,000 – $130,000 annuallyBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision benefits providedWork EnvironmentFull-time, onsite role (5 days/week)Flexible schedule optionsFast-paced, collaborative environmentLaSalle Network is an Equal Opportunity Employer m/f/d/v.
