Inside Sales Support Associate (Remote)

This is a permanent remote position. Must be willing to work Central Standard Time (CST) but open to candidates located in Mountain Time (MT) or Eastern Time (EST). Please note this position would require travel to the Headquarters location (Lansdale, PA) for onboarding and training during the first week. This position is responsible for safeguarding the customer experience and promoting Keystone’s Light Made Easy promise.Your ImpactSales analysis: analyze customer sales data to identify sales trends and opportunities with managementOutbound Phone Sales: initiating sales opportunities with both existing customers and new customers via both outbound cold calling and in-bound callsPrice Quoting Management: managing new price requests and working within CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software system to maintain clean records of all customer information and pricingServe as liaison between our Sales Agencies, Distributors & Territory ManagersAnswer questions via email or phone regarding existing orders in a timely mannerFollow up on sample requests and new quotes in a timely manner consistent with Keystone policiesCheck availability on orders and stock and communicate to customers and internal stakeholders in a timely mannerCross-reference other manufacturers’ part numbers to Keystone products, ensuring accurate product matching while supporting customers and sales team with equivalent solutionsWhat You BringBachelor's in Business Administration or related field preferredLighting industry experience and product knowledge required1-2 years of sales experience in similar inside sales roleOutstanding customer service skills with attention to rapid responses, clarity in communications and a strong drive to exceed customer expectationsProficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Outlook, Teams and ExcelExperience with CRM software and Prophet 21 preferredStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsDemonstrated exceptional organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to perform time-sensitive work environmentComfortable with phone interaction with very good verbal communication skillsWork well independently or on a teamDemonstrate an unwavering belief in and commitment to the company’s Core Values, consistently aligning actions, decisions, and collaboration with themPlease note that we do not accept unsolicited resumes from recruiters or employment agencies.
