Turf Technician

Key Responsibilities As a Turf Care Technician, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving the health and appearance of client properties. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Perform a variety of turf care services, including:Lawn fertilization and treatment applicationsWeed control in turf and landscape bedsAeration, dethatching, and other seasonal servicesAssess turf health and overall landscape condition, identifying issues such as weeds, disease, or poor growthEnsure all work meets company quality standards by:Completing any missed tasks from prior services (e.g., trimming, weed removal, weed eating, edging, debris cleanup)Removing clippings from hard surfaces and ensuring properties are left clean and presentableOperate equipment safely and efficientlyPrepare equipment, materials, and job sites for the next day's workWork collaboratively with crew members to deliver outstanding customer service What We're Looking For We're seeking individuals who take pride in their work and are committed to delivering high-quality results.Demonstrated experience in turf care or lawn maintenanceStrong ability to evaluate lawn quality and identify areas for improvementAttention to detail with a commitment to completing work thoroughlyA proactive mindset-willing to take initiative to correct or complete tasks as neededExcellent communication and teamwork skillsCustomer-focused attitude with a passion for delivering great service Physical & Work RequirementsAbility to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsAbility to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying 35-80 lbs regularlyAbility to stand, walk, bend, and operate equipment for extended periods Minimum QualificationsPrior turf care or landscaping experience requiredValid driver's license with a clean driving recordExperience towing or operating a trailer preferred How Success Is MeasuredConsistent attendance and reliabilityCompletion of jobs within estimated timeframesHigh-quality work with minimal rework or callbacksStrong customer satisfaction and retentionEffective use of company systems and processes Apply Today We're looking for dedicated professionals who want to be part of a growing team committed to excellence.
