This opportunity is ideal for candidates who enjoy working across a broad range of technologies and can adapt quickly to changing priorities.The ideal candidate will be comfortable supporting both Windows and Mac environments while handling everything from password resets and device setup to AV, Zoom, and WiFi troubleshooting. Strong communication skills are essential, as this role may involve supporting executive and C-level users.🔹 Key Responsibilities: • Provide Level 1 / Level 2 technical support via phone, email, and in-person • Troubleshoot hardware, software, WiFi, Zoom, AV, and connectivity issues • Support Windows & Mac environments (50/50 split) • Manage user accounts, password resets, and access requests • Configure mobile devices, email accounts, and MDM solutions • Assist with device setups, data transfers, and onboarding activities • Support enterprise tools and internal systems as needed🔹 Required Skills:✔ Windows & Mac OS Support✔ Microsoft Intune✔ Active Directory (AD)✔ Exchange / O365 Support✔ MDM Platforms (Kandji, Intune, etc.)✔ Zoom & AV Troubleshooting✔ WiFi / Network Connectivity Support✔ Hardware & Software Troubleshooting✔ Strong Customer Service & Communication Skills🔹 Preferred Qualities: • Flexible and adaptable mindset • Comfortable handling a variety of technical tasks day-to-day • Experience supporting executive-level users is a plus • Ability to thrive in a collaborative support environmentIf you or someone in your network is interested, feel free to connect or message me directly!
