Please apply only if you have a US Work Authorization and are willing to be on a W2Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Dynamics CRM Senior Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and delivery of scalable Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (D365 CE) solutions. The role focuses on leveraging out-of-the-box (OOB), configuration, and customization capabilities to meet business needs while ensuring technical excellence and best practices.This position plays a critical leadership role in driving architecture decisions, managing technical teams, and delivering high-quality CRM solutions aligned with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Leadership & DeliveryLead and manage technical teams in the design, development, and implementation of CRM / D365 CE solutions.Oversee end-to-end solution delivery, ensuring quality, scalability, and performance.Define, enforce, and evolve best practices for OOB configurations, customization, and solution design.Solution Design & ArchitectureCollaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide expertise in D365 CE architecture, data models, security models, and integrations.Drive solution design discussions and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards.Configuration & CustomizationLead implementation of CRM OOTB features, workflows, business rules, plugins, and integrations.Ensure optimal use of standard capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customization.System Support & OptimizationConduct system analysis, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure optimal performance.Identify improvement opportunities and implement enhancements and optimizations.Team Development and ImprovementMentor and guide junior developers and consultants.Conduct code reviews, enforce development standards, and promote continuous learning.Stay current with latest Dynamics 365 updates, features, and industry trends.Recommend and implement innovative solutions and improvements.Technical SkillsStrong proficiency in crm / d365 ce outofthebox functionalities, configurations, and customizations.Extensive experience in leading technical teams and managing crm / d365 ce implementation projects.In-depth knowledge of crm / d365 ce architecture, data models, and integration capabilities.Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to analyze complex crm / d365 ce issues.Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams and stakeholders.Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality crm / d365 ce solutionsPreferred CertificationsMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Service Functional Consultant AssociateMicrosoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Developer AssociateOther relevant Microsoft Dynamics certificationsExperience8+ years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM / D365 CE3+ years in a technical leadership or lead roleProven track record in end-to-end CRM implementations
