This entry-level position serves as a training program to become a lead installer, providing an excellent opportunity for those looking to start a career in installation and home organization. As an Installation Assistant, you will work closely with experienced installers to assist in the installation of our products in customers' homes. This role requires a commitment to client satisfaction, ensuring that installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for communicating effectively with clients, demonstrating professionalism and friendliness throughout the installation process. Additionally, you will operate a company vehicle, adhering to safety protocols and maintaining a good driving record. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about craftsmanship and customer service, and who are eager to learn and grow within the company. We value individuals who are dedicated to providing outstanding service and who take pride in their work.The Ideal Candidate:Hands-on & Detail-Oriented: Enjoys working with tools and has a keen eye for craftsmanship.Takes pride in their work: Completes all tasks with professionalism and courtesy.Reliable & Punctual: Has integrity, a strong work ethic / commitment to showing up on time.Team Player: Works well with others and takes direction effectively.Willing to Learn: No prior experience is required—just a great attitude and eagerness to develop new skills!Key Responsibilities:Assist experienced Installers with the installation of custom home organization products.Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.Communicate effectively with clients to provide exceptional customer service.Maintain professionalism and friendliness throughout the installation process.Operate company vehicles in compliance with safety protocols / maintain clean driving record.Follow company procedures and safety guidelines to ensure smooth installation processes.Qualifications & Skills:Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.Measure and cut materials accurately according to project specifications.Familiarity with basic hand tools, machinery and power tools.Ability to lift and move materials safely.Excellent organization / time management skills with attention to detail.Previous experience in closet, garage, or office installation (preferred but not required).This franchise is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
