Crew LeaderMVM Moving and Storage is looking for a dedicated and responsible Crew Leader to lead our moving teams in delivering exceptional service to our customers. As a Crew Leader, you will oversee a team of movers, ensuring each job is executed efficiently, safely, and to our high standards of customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Directly manage and work alongside a team of movers to load, transport, and unload furniture and personal belongings.Be the primary point of contact for customers on moving day, addressing questions and concerns professionally and promptly.Review job details in advance, inspect moving equipment and trucks for readiness, and ensure all necessary materials are available.Enforce safety protocols to prevent injuries and property damage, including accurate documentation of any incidents as required.Mentor and train team members in proper moving techniques, equipment use, and best practices for handling fragile items.Resolve on-the-job challenges and make quick decisions to ensure the job stays on schedule.Complete paperwork accurately and submit it promptly, ensuring all details about the job and crew performance are recorded.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in moving or a related field.
