Quality Control Technician
QC Technician Role Overview Ensures that all products produced meet Pepsi Cola North America specifications.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities Performs micro blend operation.
Operates, monitors, and makes adjustments on the blending equipment to assure product quality.
Tests finished products, packages, water, syrup, and high-fructose corn syrup.
Monitors production lines for beverage quality.
Calibrates equipment.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications High school or equivalent and one (1) year production or technical experience.
Must have basic math and computer skills.
Background in chemistry preferred.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good organizational skills.
Must be able to think analytically.
Good hand-eye coordination.
Must be self-motivated with strong initiative.
Must be able to learn and follow established procedures without deviation.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must be able to work in a team environment.
Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
