Talent Acquisition Advisor

A company is looking for a Talent Acquisition Advisor. Key Responsibilities Manage full life cycle recruitment across multiple service lines and disciplines Generate a diverse candidate population and develop talent pipelines through various sourcing methods Partner with the business to create effective recruitment strategies and assist with ad hoc projects as needed Required Qualifications BA/BA degree 1-3 years of progressive recruiting experience Experience with candidate recruitment and business development Strong sourcing skills and experience in developing diversity sourcing strategies Familiarity with Workday recruitment management tools or ATS is a plus
