This position involves performing thorough inspections across assembly lines to ensure all manufactured goods consistently align with established quality benchmarks. Required Proficiencies Demonstrate agility in learning, multitasking, and adjusting to a fast-paced work setting. Communicate effectively in English, both in writing and verbally. Exhibit self-motivation to work independently while also contributing as a collaborative team member. Apply fundamental mathematical operations including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division, alongside data entry proficiency. Maintain physical readiness to bend, stoop, and reach at shoulder height throughout the work shift. Perform occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 25 pounds during the workday. Essential Qualifications Possess a High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Complete at least six months of relevant training or experience, or a comparable blend of both. Interpret and execute complex instructions, such as safety protocols, operational procedures, and labeling requirements. Ensure near vision acuity of 20/40 or better, with or without the use of corrective lenses. Maintain a versatile schedule that allows for extended shifts beyond eight hours, including availability on weekends and holidays. Sustain high levels of focus and meticulous attention to detail over extended periods to ensure product integrity. Technical Expertise Proficiency in AS9100 Quality Systems.
