Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Culture + Engagement is responsible for building and activating a vibrant, connected, and purpose-driven internal community at Intercare. This role blends culture strategy, internal communications, community engagement, and employee experience operations. You will elevate Intercare Communities into a dynamic, high-participation ecosystem; own and operate our swag and recognition programs; modernize how employees access internal information; and bring to life in-person and virtual experiences that foster belonging. This leader ensures that every team member - across clinical and non-clinical teams - feels informed, valued, connected, and proud to represent Intercare.Reports To: Senior Managing Director, People ExperienceLocation: Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid)Employment Type: Full-TimeKey ResponsibilitiesCulture Activation & Community Engagement Activate and elevate Intercare Communities as vibrant internal spaces for dialogue, connection, and shared identity. Develop campaigns, content rhythms, and programming that drive participation and cross-team interaction. Design and execute both in-person and virtual culture moments that foster connection and shared purpose. Gather feedback to continuously enhance the employee experience. Employee Listening & Insights Support the deployment of employee pulse checks, engagement surveys, and feedback initiatives. Analyze results to identify themes, gaps, and emerging trends. Partner with leaders across departments to develop and implement action plans that address employee concerns. Track progress and close the loop with employees through transparent follow-up communications. Recognition & Belonging Oversee and evolve Intercare’s recognition experiences, including milestone celebrations, appreciation campaigns, and value-based recognition. Manage and curate branded swag programs that reflect pride, quality, and thoughtful design. Ensure employees feel seen, celebrated, and proud to represent Intercare both internally and externally. Internal Communications & Information ExperienceExecute a cohesive internal communications rhythm that promotes clarity, alignment, and transparency. Support leadership messaging and organizational updates with thoughtful framing and tone. Lead the ongoing development and refinement of a modern, intuitive intranet experience — ensuring employees can easily navigate policies, tools, and resources. Outcomes & Success Measures Improved employee engagement and communication satisfaction scores. Increased participation in culture and recognition programs.
