Process Engineer – Semiconductor – TexasA leading semiconductor manufacturer is seeking a Process Engineer to support a high-volume wafer fab during a period of significant growth and equipment ramp-up.This is an opportunity to work at the heart of semiconductor manufacturing, driving process improvements, yield optimisation, quality and production efficiency across advanced fab operations.What you'll do as a Process Engineer:• Support manufacturing operations within a fast-paced, high-volume wafer fab• Develop and implement improved manufacturing processes and procedures• Drive improvements in efficiency, yield, quality and cost• Support new equipment and process ramp-up activities• Perform lot and equipment dispositions to maintain production flow• Identify systematic process and equipment issues and drive root-cause resolution• Support process experiments, data analysis and problem-solving activitiesWhat you'll bring as a Process Engineer:• Experience with PVD, CVD, Implant or Epi processes• Strong understanding of statistical process control and engineering change processes• Experience with semiconductor process development or high-volume manufacturing• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment• Experience with Python or other data/AI tools would be advantageousIf you would like to apply for the Process Engineer vacancy or would like further information, please contact Luke Ord.
