Job Summary:The company is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support Lab Controls Standardization initiatives within a global laboratory transformation program. This role focuses on quality documentation management, document change coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional project teams to streamline and standardize documentation processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication, organizational, and documentation management skills.Key Responsibilities:• Prepare, submit, and manage document change requests for the creation, revision, and retirement of quality documentation• Collaborate with project teams to support planning, preparation, review, and approval of controlled documentation• Monitor and track implementation status of approved document changes• Maintain accurate documentation records and ensure compliance with internal quality standards• Support initiatives focused on reducing site-specific documentation and improving standardization processes• Utilize electronic documentation systems and Microsoft Office tools to manage documentation workflows• Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding documentation updates and project timelines• Ensure attention to detail while managing multiple documentation activities simultaneouslyRequired Qualifications:• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field• Excellent written and verbal communication skills• Strong typing and documentation management skills• Familiarity with One Vault and Microsoft Office Suite• Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail• Experience supporting quality documentation or document control activities preferredPreferred Qualifications:• Experience in laboratory, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated environments• Familiarity with quality systems and controlled documentation processes• Experience supporting process improvement or standardization initiativesBenefits:The Company offers the following benefits for this position, subject to applicable eligibility requirements: medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, life insurance, long-term disability insurance, short-term disability insurance, paid parking/public transportation, paid time off, paid sick and safe time, hours of paid vacation time, weeks of paid parental leave, and paid holidays annually – as applicable.Pay Range: $20/hr to $26/hr
