Position PurposeThe Plumbing Installer is responsible for overseeing residential plumbing installation projects, delivering high-quality workmanship, leading installation teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction while meeting all safety and code requirements. Key ResponsibilitiesInstall residential plumbing systems including water heaters, filtration systems, piping, and fixtures Lead and mentor installers and apprentices to ensure jobs are completed correctly and efficiently Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and team members Ensure all installations comply with local, state, and federal plumbing codes Maintain clean, organized, and safe job sites Complete projects on schedule while maintaining high craftsmanship standards Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field Train and support apprentices and junior installers Participate in ongoing training and certifications to stay current with industry best practices Job RequirementsMust be 24 years or older Valid driver's license with a clean driving record An Idaho plumbing license Ability to pass a background check 2+ years of residential plumbing installation experience (experience preferred) Strong knowledge of residential plumbing systems and codes Proven ability to lead a team with minimal supervision Excellent mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen, including marijuana Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work in various environmental conditions Benefits401(k) & 401(k) matching Company truck Fuel card Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Schedule8-hour shifts Monday through Friday Weekends as needed Year-round work Work Location: In person Meridian, ID
