The Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing high-level administrative and management support, managing projects, coordinating cooperate events, preparing reports, and handling confidential information. Qualifications Proven experience as an executive assistant is required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Suite, Smart Sheets and other office productivity toolsStrong organizational and time-management abilitiesAbility to multitask and prioritize daily workloadDiscretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive informationAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsa Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field is required. Excellent writing skills and grant writing is a plus.Experience in a fast-paced corporate environment is a plus
