Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role based in Washington, DC, with flexibility for partial remote work. The .NET Developer will design, develop, and maintain software solutions using .NET technologies. Responsibilities include writing clean, scalable code, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and troubleshooting software issues. The role also requires implementing features, optimizing application performance, and contributing to the continuous improvement of development processes. Qualifications Proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and Programming fundamentalsExperience with Software Development and .NET Core frameworksStrong skills in ASP.NET MVC and hands-on exposure to web application developmentFamiliarity with version control systems such as GitStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailTeam collaboration and communication abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related fieldExperience in public sector or nonprofit technology projects is a plus
