Applicants must reside in Tennessee, preferably near Montgomery County.About the RoleAs a Private Process Server with ProVest, you will work independently to deliver legal documents on behalf of leading law firms and financial institutions. Documents may include foreclosure, collection, civil, and litigation notices. This is a 1099 contract position with weekly pay per completed job.ResponsibilitiesServe legal documents within assigned areasManage assignments using ProVest's mobile apps (PVLS & PSO Mobile)Return completed documentsPlan routes and manage your own scheduleMaintain a professional and courteous approach at all timesQualificationsWe are looking for reliable, self-motivated individuals who:Live in or near the listed countiesHave strong time management and organizational skillsAre comfortable working independentlyCommunicate clearly and professionallyAre comfortable using mobile technologyValue accuracy, honesty, and professionalismRequirementsTennessee residency (near listed counties preferred)Availability 35 days per week, including SaturdaysAbility to complete 1520 service attempts per dayWillingness to visit courthouses for document pickup and drop-offReliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insuranceAccess to a computer, printer, and scannerFlexible availability, including mornings, evenings, and weekendsComfortable using mobile apps for documentation and reportingPreferred ExperiencePrivate InvestigatorsExperienced Process ServersLaw Enforcement or Security backgroundYou will have a dedicated Tennessee liaison for support. Original case files will be mailed to you, and as a non-local server, you will not be required to report to a ProVest office in person.
