Job Description Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Position Type: Full-TimePosition Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CRNA to join our elite team. This full-time position offers flexible scheduling, with or without call obligations, and the opportunity to work across a range of surgical settings and specialties. You would have the opportunity to work in a major trauma center and/or two outpatient surgical hospitals. One of which was recognized as a center of Excellence in Anesthesia! We strive to align each team member with case types that suit their clinical strengths and interests.Responsibilities:Administer anesthesia independently or in collaboration with anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals.Monitor patient vitals during procedures and adjust anesthesia as needed.Provide pre-operative assessments and post-operative care.Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulatory and facility guidelines.Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing clinical education.Case Types May Include:TraumaOrthopedicsGeneral SurgeryGI proceduresENTOutpatient proceduresQualifications:Current and unrestricted Louisiana RN and APRN licenseNBCRNA certificationCurrent ACLS, PALS, and BLS certificationsExcellent clinical judgment and communication skillsCommitment to patient-centered care and team collaborationNew Graduates are welcome
