All candidates must complete an on-line application to be considered.Job SummaryResponsible for overseeing the day-to-day casino and arcade operations across all ships, partnering with fleet managers to meet and exceed revenue targets. This role drives the development and execution of onboard promotions, operational policies, and product initiatives that increase incremental revenue and attract high-value players for ongoing marketing engagement and future cruise retention.Position ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the Senior Fleet Manager Casino Promotions to design and execute onboard promotional events that drive incremental revenue and player acquisition.Develop and implement policies and procedures across casino operations to maximize revenue while ensuring gaming integrity and compliance.Analyze shipboard casino performance, including table games and slot operations, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve results.Partner with finance and budgeting teams to forecast and track achievable revenue targets.Identify and evaluate new gaming opportunities; lead trials, product testing, and fleetwide rollouts.Engage with vendors and suppliers to source new products, negotiate competitive pricing, and assess service offerings.Recommend and support capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects, using analytics to measure performance and return on investment.Lead and coordinate onboard casino and arcade operations during dry dock and new build projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget.QualificationsDEGREE TYPE:Bachelor's DegreeExperienceFIELD(S) OF STUDY:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.Minimum of 10 years of casino operations experience, including management-level responsibility.Proven experience overseeing slot and table game operations within a multi-unit or fleet environment preferred.Competencies & SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.Effective stakeholder management and collaboration across shipboard and shoreside teams.Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities and drive revenue performance.High level of accountability, organization, and attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced, operational environment.Advanced knowledge of slot and table game operations, including gaming mathematics.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas and pivot tables; familiarity with CAD preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Ability to evaluate vendors, negotiate pricing, and assess product/service value.About NclhNorwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd.
