Network Engineer

Describe your experience in designing scalable and secure network infrastructure. Be ready to discuss DMARC to workstation layout, fiber and copper cabling, and wireless AP deployment. Explain how you've configured, managed, and monitored Aruba switches. Be prepared to discuss capacity planning, risk assessment, and lifecycle management. OSI model – explain how it applies to real-world troubleshooting (e.g., Layer 1 vs. Layer 3 issues). DHCP, VLANs, spanning tree, QoS, routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP). Collaboration with InfoSec teams, creating firewall rules, and ensuring PCI compliance. Describe tools you’ve used (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, Aruba AirWave) and how you resolved performance or security issues.
