You’ll work in a small but fast‑growing team environment with opportunities for on‑the‑job training and continued skill development as we serve our routes efficiently and safely.What You’ll DoPerform routine preventive maintenance and repairs on trucks, trailers, refrigeration units, and dollies, including brake work, trailer repairs, clutch adjustments, and cooling system repairsConduct welding, cutting, and basic fabrication tasksDiagnose and troubleshoot electronic and mechanical systems using manufacturer computer applicationsWork both inside the shop and outdoors as neededDocument troubleshooting steps and repair activities accuratelyCommunicate and coordinate repair priorities with the Shop ManagerWhy You’ll Love ItWork a shift that works for you. Flexible schedule options with day shifts beginning after 6:00 a.m. or night shifts starting after 6:00 p.m., both with options for four 10‑hour shifts or five 8‑hour shifts.Variety in daily work with exposure to multiple systems and equipment$500.00 Annual tool allowance to support your professional craftA stable role supporting essential daily operations$5000.00 sign-on bonus paid after 1 year QualificationsRequired QualificationsAssociate degree in diesel mechanics with 1 year of experience maintaining heavy trucks and diesel engines or 3–5 years of comparable hands‑on experienceAbility to troubleshoot and repair truck and trailer componentsProficiency using repair manuals, wiring diagrams, schematics, and electronic diagnostic toolsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflowAttention to detail and follow‑through on assigned work Valid driver’s license required.
