This role counts, labels, assembles, bags, and boxes a variety of items into final product packaging, performs basic visual inspections, and reports any product or equipment issues or quantity/quality discrepancies to supervisors. The Packaging Support team member also helps keep the work area clean, organized, and safe, and works collaboratively with others in a fast-paced environment.Duties and ResponsibilitiesPackaging product inventory in an efficient and effective mannerMaintain a clean, organized, safe work area for yourself and other employees Perform basic visual quality inspections on products Maintain high-quality standards during shifts including constant QA/QC of all products being prepped and producedAbility to work well with others in high-pressure situations with a sense of urgencyEffectively communicate information and respond to questions/suggestions from various levels within the companyReport any product or production equipment that appears damaged, spoiled, broken, unusable, or unsatisfactory in any way to supervisorsCommunicate discrepancies in quantities or quality of productPerform other related duties and tasks when requested by supervisors QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Must have experience working with a high sense of urgency, preferably in a fast-paced work environmentMust have strong attention to detailMust understand and follow basic verbal and written instructionsMust obtain all state required: permits, licenses, certifications Willing to submit to a background check Must be able to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and written.Possess basic mathematical skills: addition, subtraction, multiplication and division State regulations require all applicants must be 21 years of age or olderBenefitsAs a non-exempt employee, you'll receive a competitive hourly wage of $20.00-24.30/hr. paid biweekly, 11 paid holidays, 80 hours of PTO, 401K, and fully paid health, dental and vision insurance.Wyld is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
