The ideal candidate will uphold company standards through diligent maintenance practices and a commitment to operational excellence.Responsibilities:Conduct routine preventive maintenance and perform necessary repairs on machinery and equipmentInitiate and test equipment post-repair to verify proper operationAccurately document maintenance activities and complete work orders in a timely fashionDiagnosing and resolving issues across various plant systemsPerform regular inspections and implement testing procedures to ensure equipment integrityRespond promptly to maintenance requests and complete assigned tasksMonitor inventory of spare parts and report usage levelsExecute additional duties assigned to support plant operationsRequired Qualifications & Skills:High school diploma or equivalent (required)Minimum of 3 years of relevant maintenance experienceCompletion of a technical school program (2+ years preferred)Proficiency in PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systemsSolid understanding of pneumatic, mechanical, and electro-mechanical systemsBakeMark is not accepting unsolicited assistance from search firms for this employment opportunity.
