The department lead & Instructional Coach is a facilitator of team planning, professional development, student success initiatives, and professional growth aligned to the Campus Improvement Plan. As an instructional coach, the Lead facilitates change in the instructional practices of teachers that will enable them to diagnose student needs more analytically, plan more productively, and teach more effectively.
