Job Description At Bulkmatic you are more than just a truck driver. You'll operate pneumatic equipment, manage relationships with customers and be empowered to make the right decisions for your deliveries - All while being part of a team that leads in the dry bulk shipping industry.Pay:Drivers on the rotating 4 On/ 4 Off schedule are currently averaging between $90,000- $100,000 annually. Ask our recruiters about the Weekly Pay Incentive program that allows Drivers to earn extra cash each week!We are currently offering a$5,000sign-on bonus to new drivers.Home Time:We are offering a rotating 4 On/ 4 Off schedule with guaranteed home time on the 4 Off. Drivers on this schedule should expect to be on the road during the 4 On shift. Bulkmatic provides hotel rooms and a per diem for overnight stays. Weekend work is required when the 4 On rotation covers a weekend.About the Job:Being a driver for Bulkmatic is a more physical job than driving for many other companies. Two-thirds of your time will be driving. The rest of the time will be loading, unloading using the pneumatic systems and interacting with customers. We have extensive training on our safety procedures and the pneumatic equipment. Job Requirements **No Tanker or Hazmat Endorsements Required**Be at least 23 years old to operate a Commercial Motor Vehicle interstateMust possess a valid Class A CDL with at least 1-year Tractor Trailer driving experience.Driving Experience should be within the past 10 years; within the past 5 years is preferred.Military driving experience will be considered.Be able to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with the general public, to understand highway traffic signs and signals, to respond to official inquiries, andto make entries on reports and recordsBe physically and mentally qualified to drive a company vehicle and possess a valid medical certificate as defined by the FMCSAMust not be disqualified to drive a commercial motor vehicle under the rules and regulations set forth by the FMCSAMeet all the requirements and be able to perform all of the tasks and essential duties of the job descriptionYou must have a valid CDL Class A license in the State that you reside in or in cases of recent relocation the ability to change license within 30 days.Hazmatendorsement required at certain locations.
