Program Support Contractor

_*Company Description:*_ CoreLink Strategies is a small strategic consulting and management advisory firm serving government and private sector clients in the Washington DC metro area. The firm provides services in resource management, acquisitions and procurement, budgeting and planning, supply chain management, finance, operational support, accounting, IT, human resources, and mission support. Consultants work directly with client teams in program management, contracts, budget, plans, operations, IT management, supply chain, logistics, and other managerial facilitation roles. CoreLink Strategies emphasizes collaborative, on-site support to help clients improve efficiency, strengthen decision-making, and achieve mission objectives. _*Role Description:*_ The Program Support Contractor is a full-time, on-site position in the Northern VA area. This role supports recruiters and other stakeholders with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks, including tracking project activities, maintaining documentation, and coordinating meetings and deliverables. Responsibilities also include providing responsive customer service to internal and external partners, managing communications and correspondence, and supporting other support activities as needed. The role requires working closely with cross-functional teams at client sites to ensure consistent, accurate, and timely program support. _*Tasks and Qualifications:*_ * Serve as the primary point of contact for all applicants in multiple hiring categories of government staff positions. * Top Secret security clearance with full-scope polygraph required. * Strong analytical skills to collect, organize, and interpret data, and to support reporting, tracking, and decision-making. * Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact effectively with clients, partners, and team members, both verbally and in writing. * Ability to work on-site supporting multiple recruiters and track/organize requirements. * Proficiency with common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite). * Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative. * Schedule all necessary appointments; including interviews, medical examinations, and other activities. * Experience supporting government is required; familiarity with the US military is a plus. * Communicate regularly with candidates from application receipt to onboarding; providing information, answering questions, ensuring proper completion of forms and submission of required materials.
