ABOUT US:Cox Engineering, located in Randolph, MA is a full-service HVAC contractor with over 100 years of experience installing and maintaining commercial heating and cooling systems.Cox Engineering offers a very competitive salary, commissions, benefits package, industry training, educational opportunities, vacation, holidays, 401(k).Our Service Division is seeking a HVAC Preventive Maintenance Sales Representative.ResponsibilitiesPursuing Preventive Maintenance Agreement leads generated by New Business Development Representatives and assisting in nurturing new clients into long term customersSurveying customer sites to determine the customers’ relevant HVAC maintenance needsAssessing the labor and material resources required to support customer maintenance through use of maintenance estimating softwareGenerating Preventive Maintenance Agreement proposals for the maintenance of a wide range of HVAC equipmentFollowing up with prospective customers to ensure that they understand their maintenance agreement and the maintenance process and execute the Preventive Maintenance AgreementRequirementsBasic level of HVAC knowledge preferredHave an outgoing, upbeat personalityDirect sales experience is preferredProject a positive and professional imageGenerate and present high-quality proposalsBe highly motivated & drivenHave great communication skillsAbility to work within a professional, team-oriented environmentHave exceptional organizational and multi-tasking skillsBe a self-starter, articulate, and dependableCandidate must be proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel/OutlookEducational And Relevent ExperienceBachelor’s Degree or related work experienceHVAC experience beneficial
