Bartender - Job Responsibil ities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Take customer orders and provide recommendations on drink selections. Ensure a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor and maintain inventory of bar supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to all safety and health regulations for food and beverage handling. Process payments and manage cash transactions accurately. Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries or complaints promptly. Check identification to verify legal drinking age and prevent over-consumption. Create and maintain an engaging and welcoming atmosphere for patrons. Bartender - Job Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role. Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Ability to mix, garnish, and serve drinks according to recipes. Strong understanding of bar equipment and POS systems. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash and processing payments. Ability to handle and resolve customer complaints efficiently. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food and beverage service. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
