Medical Coder
We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Coder to support accurate and compliant coding operations in an acute care setting. The Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing clinical documentation, assigning appropriate ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes, and ensuring adherence to coding guidelines and regulatory requirements. This role also involves collaborating with clinical and billing teams, resolving coding discrepancies, and maintaining high standards of accuracy, productivity, and compliance. Job Title: Medical Coder Location: Remote (Initial onsite training required)Local Pay: $34 - $37 /hourSchedule: Day Shift (08:00 AM – 04:00 PM)Start Date: 06/08/2026Role Overview:The Inpatient Medical Coder will be responsible for reviewing and accurately coding inpatient medical records in compliance with ICD-10-CM, CPT-4, federal billing regulations, and payer guidelines.
