Competitive Pay : $36-$38 per hour Bonuses : Office-based production bonuses + annual bonuses Retirement : Profit sharing & 401k with employer match (adds up to 9% of gross salary) Paid Time Off : Up to 3 weeks of vacation Work-Life Balance : Build your schedule What You'll Do Provide high-quality dental hygiene care, including prophylaxis, scaling, root planing, and fluoride treatments Educate patients on oral health, preventive care, and post-treatment instructions Take and process digital radiographs (X-rays) Maintain accurate patient records and charting Collaborate closely with doctors and dental assistants to ensure excellent patient care Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for patients and team members What We're Looking For Current New York State Dental Hygiene license Strong communication and patient education skills A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment Dependable, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent care Open to both experienced hygienists and recent graduates Schedule Options Full-time or part-time available Monday through Friday, plus 2 Saturdays per month Flexible start and end times - we will work with your availability If you're a positive, caring dental hygienist who wants to be part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you.
