AV Field Technician (Audio Visual / Network Installation)

Role Description We are seeking a full-time AV Field Technician to join our team in the Hilton Head Island, South Carolina area. As an on-site role, the technician will install and maintain audiovisual systems, network infrastructures, and other low-voltage solutions. The position involves system troubleshooting, equipment configuration, wiring installation, and collaboration with a professional team to ensure optimal performance for residential and commercial clients. Qualifications Experience with AV installation and integration, including audio systems, home theaters, and lighting control systemsKnowledge of network setup, cabling, and troubleshooting, as well as infrastructure installationProficiency in operating and programming AV control systems such as Crestron, Savant, or Control4Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficientlyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to collaborate on-site with team members and clientsFamiliarity with using hand and power tools for installation tasksAbility to follow safety protocols and maintain a secure work environmentAvailability to work on-site in the Hilton Head Island area and flexibility for overtime or schedule adjustmentsHigh school diploma or equivalent required; technical certifications or training in AV, networking, or related fields is a plus
