We're seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated team, and ensure efficiency, safety, and top-tier customer service.Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate all warehouse activities, including receiving, storage, and shippingLead, train, and motivate team members to meet productivity and performance goalsMaintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace in compliance with company policies and safety standardsMonitor inventory accuracy and ensure timely, accurate order fulfillmentIdentify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errorsCollaborate with internal departments to meet customer demands and operational targets Qualifications:5+ years of warehouse or distribution management experienceStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWorking knowledge of warehouse systems, inventory control, and shipping/receiving processesProven ability to manage and motivate a team in a fast-paced environmentForklift certification and safety knowledge preferredValid Driver's LicenseBilingual in English and Spanish preferred
