If you're energized by a fast-paced environment and have a passion for delivering great service, we’d love to hear from you.Why Join Us?Be part of a trusted, established companyEnjoy a supportive, team-oriented work cultureTake pride in helping businesses stay fueled and focusedBring your drive, reliability, and commitment to excellence—and let’s brew success together!What You’ll Be Doing – The RoleAs a Route Driver, your role acts as the face of the company each time you make a delivery.You safely and efficiently deliver pre-ordered products and equipment to customers along an assigned route and to sell additional products and services to customers when possible.Load orders at warehouse for delivery to customers.Drive company-owned vans and trucks 30 to 100 miles daily to transport products and equipment to customers.Accurately deliver orders to customer sites and place products and equipment in designated areas.Build rapport and maintain relationships with contacts and decision-makers at customer sites.Respond to inquiries from customers about available products and services.Reconcile products remaining on delivery vehicle at end of workday against products loaded onto vehicle for delivery at beginning of workday to identify any losses.Maintain a professional and courteous manner in all interactions with customers and members of the public.Want to see what the job is really like? Click on the following link to learn more about A Day in the Life of a Route DriverWhat’s in it for me? – The BenefitsStarting hourly rate of $21.50Monthly bonus opportunity401(k) and company matchingMedical, Dental and Vision InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountLife insurancePaid vacation and sick time9 paid holidaysRequirementsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredValid Class 5 driver’s license with a clean driver’s abstractMinimum one (1) to two (2) years of experience in warehouse logistics, or delivery operations preferredExperience operating forklifts and other warehouse equipment is an assetStrong organizational skills with attention to accuracy and detailPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONSUsual and customary methods of performing job functions require significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling; some climbing and balancing; significant stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawlingMust be able to safely operate company-owned vans and trucksRepeatedly lift and carry coffee and bottled water products weighing up to seventy-five (75) poundsOccasional lifting of equipment weighing up to one hundred and twenty-five (125) pounds, with assistanceAbility to drive thirty (30) to 100 miles per dayClimb in and out of delivery vehicle multiple times per dayLoad and unload a thirty (30) to thirty-five (35) pound hand cart from delivery vehicle at approximately 16-20 customer sites per dayUse hand cart to move products and equipment from delivery vehicle into customer facilityApproximately twenty (20%) percent sitting and/or driving, sixty (60%) percent walking, and twenty (20%) percent standing dailyAble to work outdoors in various types of weatherTRAVELFrequent local travel is required to delivery products to customers
