The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing daily office operations, providing support to executive staff, answering and directing phone calls with professional etiquette, maintaining schedules and appointments, organizing and filing documents, and performing clerical duties such as data entry and record keeping. The role requires a high level of organization, proactive communication, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a professional and efficient manner. Qualifications Strong skills in Administrative Assistance and Clerical work, including organization and attention to detailProficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance, such as managing schedules and handling confidential informationExcellent Communication and Phone EtiquetteProven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectivelyProficient with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office SuiteStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaborativelyHigh school diploma or equivalent is required; additional certifications or an Associate degree in a related field is a plus
